A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit or full payment is due at registration.

If you place a deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

For events less than two days, cancellations 14 days or more before the start of the event receive a credit on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.

For longer retreats, training, and events lasting more than two days, cancellations must be made 30 days before the start of the event to receive a credit on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.

There are no refunds or credits within 14 days of any event.

All weekly series class sales and retail sales are final.

Account credits can only be used for events with Jennifer Raye Health directly (not hosting studios) and must be used within one year.
